New Patriotic Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu Constituency, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has urged the management of the Metro Mass Transit (MMT) Limited to demand for monies owed it by some politicians in court.

To Mr Afenyo-Markin, he believes the MMT must exhaust all options available to it in pursuing the politicians for payment.

Speaking in an interview on Adom TV’s Badwam show. Mr Afenyo-Markin said the issue cannot be politicised.

“Metro Mass has a lot of options available to them in retrieving their money. They can follow due processes by issuing demand notice and if you have officially published the names, then go to court and demand for your money,” he said.
