As part of its corporate social responsibility, Mulan Activity Centre has offered educational support to street children in the country.
The move is to ensure these under-privileged children who lack access to public school services due primarily to poverty are educated.
Chief Executive Officer of Mulan Activity Centre, Thara Mills revealed this during the climax of its summer school at Adjiringanor in Accra.
She said children from Save them Young foundation are the first to benefit and is hoping to extend to others.
In Mulan we believe in creating a platform that will rather expose these kids because for food they get in abundance but they have skills so we bring them here and create an avenue to enable them do things on their own” she added.
Mrs. Mills said they are passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering, Music and Act (STEM) to produce children who can compete with their peers abroad.
She urged parents to choose Mulan for their wards because they help children unearth their talents.
The children who came to the summer school showcased their talents during the graduation ceremony.
During the events, children who completed the summer school were awarded certificates.
