The youth wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Savanna Region has descended heavily on the Savanna Regional Minister, Salifu Adam Braimah following a missing State vehicle, a Toyota Hilux pickup belonging to the Regional Coordinating Council.
The vehicle is said to have been stolen at gunpoint by armed robbers recently.
The youth wing has, therefore, given the Minister five working days to find the vehicle or face their wrath.
According to the Regional Communications Officer of the NDC, Malik Basintale, the missing car was part of the fleet of vehicles presented by President Nana Akufo-Addo to the region when he cut the sod for the construction of the Regional Coordinating Council building in Damongo.

Mr Basintale said the story surrounding the missing vehicle is a “cock and bull story.”
“As a matter of fact, the entire region has been left in shock”, about the “numerous stories” emerging in connection with the missing car.
“We, therefore, give the Regional Minister, Mr Adam Salifu Braimah, an ultimatum of five working days to provide the Toyota Hilux pickup to the Regional Coordinating Council of the Savanna Region, since he is fully aware of how the pickup left the hands of Mr Eliasu, who is a businessman, or be ready to face the consequences, thereafter, within the remit of the law, as there is a clear exhibition of incompetence and breach of office,” he told Accra based Neat FM, monitored by Adomonline.com.
