In recent times, celebrities are opening up on their religious sentiments or ideologies and many of them stun their fans.
R2Bees rapper, Omar Sterling says he is neither religious nor nationalistic (pro-Ghanaian).
According to him, belonging to a religion or a country affects the way one relates with the other in the world.

He explained that having a sense of belongingness to a culture or religion will only create diversity and hatred among people.
Asked by Bola Ray on Starr FM if he believes God exists, he answered in the affirmative but disclosed, “my concept of God is different from what you think.”

Omar Sterling, formally called Paedae, added that he believes everyone is a “God” in their own way, “just that many people fail to realise it,” he said.
The ‘Nineteen Ninety’ rapper isn’t the only musician to open up on his religious side though people perceive it to be sensitive.
Actor Major Michel after becoming a Christian preacher said religion is one of the major destructions in the world because it has history of violence.

Earlier, one of the celebrities to cause a stir on social media was Mzbel, who also said she doesn’t believe Jesus Christ ever came to earth.
According to her, Christianity is idol worship, hence she will never return to it.
