Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr has expressed disappointment at Criminal Investigations Department (CID) boss, Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah’s gaffe concerning the three missing Takoradi girls.
Mr Baako said like many Ghanaians, he was hopeful the three girls will be found after Madam Tiwaa’s press conference that the police knew the whereabouts of the girls and were working hard to rescue them.

“I have tried to be very soft and charitable on her case because I sat here feeling reassured with her keep on keeping on comment. I kept encouraging the public to understand what she was saying because I was of the view that they knew what they were doing and were within range of rescuing the kidnapped girls,” he said.
“Based on all my experience as a student of intelligence and history and how things have turned out, I feel very devastated,” Mr Baako said on Accra-based Metro TV, monitored by AdomOnline.com.
According to him, even though he has had no personal encounter with Madam Tiwaa, his research about her showed she was a brilliant woman who has risen through the ranks of the Ghana Police Service but it now looks as though she has fallen apart.
