Special competition cannot start without ethics committee – Oluboi Commodore

-

General Manager of Accra Great Olympics, Oluboi Commodore, says the standing committees set up by the Ghana Football Normalisation Committee to guide its special competition is incomplete.

The
Normalisation Committee has unveiled four committees ahead of
the commencement of the Special Competition for the league
clubs.

The committees include the Referees, Disciplinary, Player Status and Appeals Committees.

According to the outspoken football administrator, the Normalisation Committee will have to consider setting up an Ethics Committee because it is the Committee responsible for happenings outside competitions and the appropriate committee to settle such happenings.

“The Ethics Committee is for individuals; during competitions, there can be an issue that may be morally wrong and will need the Ethics Committee to resolve it,” he advised.
