“Grind Day” rapper Kwesi Arthur has been spotted explaining to BBC presenter, DJ Edu, how the new crop of artistes in Africa, especially Ghana, are getting their songs to blow.
Asked what has been instrumental for the new wave of artistes, he said, “I think nowadays Africans are more open to new sounds. So now, the new acts have the chance to explore and people are ready to listen as long as it’s good. They are more ready to listen now!”
