The founder and leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry, Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah has rendered an unqualified apology to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Nuhu Sharabutu after predicting his death this year.

The man of God who visited the Chief Imam’s residence at Fadama in Accra with some elders of his church presented a cow to pacify the Islamic cleric.
Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah speaking at a joint Press conference Thursday evening ask for the peaceful co-existence of the Christian and Muslim communities in Ghana.
“If not for this wonderful, Chief Imam’s intervention, there would have been chaos between us and the Muslims as a result of what happened and so we are forever grateful and we ask for the peaceful co-existence of Christians and Muslims,” he said.

Properties belonging to the Glorious Word Ministry were vandalised Wednesday, in reaction to doomsday’s prophesies by the leader of the Church on New Year’s Eve.
Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, who is leader and founder of church claimed God revealed to him that former President John Mahama and current Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia would die this year unless they take firm spiritual actions.

He also claimed to have witnessed signs that suggest the Chief Imam, Sheikh Usman Nuhu Sharubutu, could die in this year (2019).
The dark prophesies seem to have piqued some youth and in a viral video (below) – some agitated youth are seen destroying glass windows, billboards and other properties belonging to the popular preacher.

Days after the incident, Rev. Owusu Bempah has shown remorse and has apologized for his action.
