The international promoter for Ghanaian musician, LordMorgan, has, allegedly, been robbed at gunpoint, Manager for the artiste, MrLogic, has disclosed to adomonline.com.
The robber who has only been identified as Nana Kwame is
alleged to be a military officer.
The lady promoter who is a Nigerian national, according to Mr Logic, was contacted by the suspect via phone, asking her to deliver some items she was selling online.
On arriving at the Labadi beach where the suspect arranged to meet her with the goods, however, the suspect allegedly collected the goods at gunpoint before molesting the lady, rendering her weak and helpless.
The lady who has since reported the case to the Labadi Police in Accra also alleged that the suspect attempted to rape her.
The suspected soldier who is said to reside at Burma Camp in Accra has since been arrested when the police set him up with another prospective victim.
He was about taking the said prospective victim through a similar ordeal when the police showed up and caused his arrest.
The lady who is known as Mimi has been working with team Lord Morgan for the past three years.
Mimi doubles as a businessperson who moves between Ghana and Nigeria.
Lord Morgan is a Ghanaian musician based in Afienya, near Accra who has released hit songs such as Exercise, Ayalolo which featured musicianJupiter, among other songs.
