Video: Why I will not reply Sarkodie’s “advice” – Shatta Wale reveals

-

Shatta Wale, one of the most controversial artistes in Ghana, says Sarkodie’s recent “advice” diss song doesn’t call for a reply from him.

According to him, it doesn’t make sense for him as a dancehall artiste to battle a rapper when it comes to beefs in the music industry.

He, however, told the host of the show, Daniel Dadzie that if he chooses to record a reply for Sarkodie, it will not go down well with him.

“Why should I reply a rapper when I am a dancehall artiste? It’s not done in the world. Most of them are not reading the lines. If I want to advise him, his mom will tell him to stop doing music. He chose his fate,” Shatta Wale said to Daniel Dadzie on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show on Friday.

Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie had released a freestyle video dissing the dancehall act.

Many believe Sarkodie’s rap was a reaction to Shatta’s claim that he and Kwaw Kese were poor musicians who have done very little to motivate the youth ever since they got into the limelight.
