Swedru-based musician Patapaa Amisty, known in private life as Justice Amoah says he has been able to buy a land and built a 4-bedroom house with monies generated from his “One Corner” hit song.
“I have been able to buy a land and build a four-bedroom house in Swedru with just a single song and I thank God for that,” he said.
According to him, he secured a lot of shows with his ‘One Corner’ song and that changed his life.
“I was invited to Belgium, Germany, France, Australia, UK and other countries to perform the ‘One Corner’ song to my fans,” he said.

Patapaa said he never thought ‘One Corner’ could take him this far, adding that musicians could be rich if they played their cards well.
Patapaa also noted that the comic gestures he adds to his performance entertains fans as they always yearn to see something different from him and that was evident when he mounted the ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ stage this year.

“I put in my all when I mount any stage to perform and I am now learning how to perform with a live band to move my performance to the next level,” he disclosed.
Although many people expected his “One Corner” song to be adjudged “Most Popular Song” at the ‘Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA)’ which he lost to Fancy Gadam, Patapaa said he was glad he finally won the Most Popular Song at the recently-held ‘Ghana Music Awards UK’.

Patapaa is currently promoting his new song ‘Patapaa-There-Is-Nothing-ft.-Sista-Afia-Prod.-by-Willis-Beatz’.
He has declared his wish to collaborate with musicians like Edem, Pope Skinny and Eno.
