One Corner hitmaker, Patapaa Amisty, says he felt cheated by his former manager, Godfred Bokpin, after his One Corner song went viral.
Speaking on the Daybreak Hitz show on Hitz FM, Patapaa said reports of funds generated from his social media accounts didn’t add up.

According to him, when the song was released, Godfred, gave his account details to someone to handle and when he (Patapaa) approached the person, he was told he had only GHC 2,000 Ghana Cedis in the account.
About 8 to 10 months after, Patapaa said he was informed that the monies generated had decreased to GHC 500 Ghana Cedis.
“No good explanation was given to me and since I don’t like to disclose such stuff, I was mute about them; that’s why he decided not to work with me anymore,” he explained.
Meanwhile, the former manager of the Pa2pa man had also blamed the break in the relationship on Patapaa’s penchant for cancelling booked interviews and shows, just minutes before scheduled time, with no tangible reason, saying the behaviour made working with him extremely difficult.

“He mostly cancels booked interviews and shows as they’re fast approaching with no tangible reason to support his excuse. This has become consistent and I can’t bear with his recalcitrant attitude anymore. I’ve to let him go”, Godfred said in an interview with Happy FM’s Duncan.
But Patapaa’s latest revelation is in sharp contrast with his former manager’s claims, making the issues even murkier than they seemed.
Patapeezy is currently promoting his new song, There is Nothing featuring Sista Afia.
