NDC man reveals why Mahama couldn’t submit letter to executives himself [Audio]

Many supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) were left disappointed when former President Mahama failed to present his letter to contest the flagbearership election of the party himself.

Rather, his aides were there to do the presentation on his behalf with the excuse that the former President was out of the country.

However, Ghana’s former Consul General to Dubai, Ambassador Daniel Osei on Adom FM’s Burning Issues Monday claimed Mr Mahama “was too drunk to present the letter of intent himself”.

He alleged that minutes to the time of departure to the NDC headquarters at Adabraka, aides of the former President found him intoxicated thus resolved to present the letter on his behalf to the disappointment of the “rented” supporters.

Ambassador Daniel Osei said, “the same engineers who designed and implemented our terrible defeat are now in charge of engineering Mahama’s return as flag bearer“.

This internal vigilantism to impose Mahama as our “surest” bet, is so nonsensical and I will make sure the grassroots reject him“, he vowed.
