A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) expert, Paul Drapson says organizations which advertise projects in a bid to support societies, especially within their catchment areas are not violating a moral or biblical principle.
Some people believe that corporate organizations often take advantage of CSR projects to sing their own praise and gain public support, something many have described as inappropriate.

For some Christians, good deeds such as giving alms and helping the needy in society should all be done in secrecy.
But entrepreneur and CSR expert Paul Drapson says these initiatives by corporate organizations do not violate any moral or biblical principles.
On the contrary, he explains that many organizations are doing less than CSR standards stipulate.

Churches have not been left off the hook either.
Some have chided church organizations for openly showcasing their charitable acts in the full glare of society as opposed to what the Bible teaches.
However, leader of Victorious Redemption Ministries, Rev. Prince Adarkwah Yiadom has debunked the assertion.
He explained that the biblical basis of the claim was flawed and that publicizing acts of goodwill do not violate both biblical and CSR tenets.
