Operations director of Zylofon Cash premier league side, Aduana Stars says they are ready to play AS Vita in the CAF Confederations cup.
According to George Gyawu, in spite of the break in the Ghana Premier league, they are ready to face any opposition.
Aduana stars are Ghana’s sole representative in the 2018 CAF Confederations Cup and are yet to win a game after losing away to ASEC and salvaging a point against Raja Casablanca at home.
But the outspoken management member is confident his side are putting in their all to host the Congolese club on Wednesday, 18th July, 2018.
“The recent happenings have not swayed us off our plans, we are preparing very well to host and play AS Vita club in two weeks’ time at the Dormaa Park and we are hoping for a win”, Mr. Gyawu said.
He called on government to assist clubs that represents the country on the continent so they can be comfortable enough financially and compete well.
Management of Aduana stars will soon announce the fee to be charged when the “Ogya Boys” line up against AS Vita Club on July, 18 at 1pm.
