Black Stars head coach, Kwesi Appiah has expressed satisfaction with the level of competitiveness in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The former Al Khartoum manager has visited some premier league centres to watch games after he was reappointed as the Black Stars after the exit of Avram Grant.
“I have had the opportunity to watch 5 games, and I am impressed with the players and the tactical play but it is down to me and my technical team to choose good local players.” He told media.
Kwesi Appiah has already invited 31 local players to the Ghanaman soccer of Excellence for a short residential camping.
Appiah is also preparing ahead of Ghana’s African Cup of Nations qualifying game with Ethiopia next month.
