Owner and bank roller of Tema Youth Football Club,Wilfred Osei Palmer, says Ghana will seal a top 20 spot in the FIFA World ranking with hard work given his new position as newly appointed Black Stars Management committee chairman.
The ace football administrator raised the bar for the newly constituted management team, pledging to reinstate the Black Stars to the top of world football.
Mr. Osei Palmer believes the collective ambitions of the Management Committee will be looking at storming world football in the next 24 calendar months in an interview with an Accra based Atinka 104.9 FM.
“The main target of the new Black Stars management committee is to make the Black Stars a top twenty (20) side in the FIFA rankings in two years”, Osei Palmer said.
The newly appointed Black Stars Management committee chairman added, “The technical team are going to come up with what we call technical strategy and we the management are also going to present our strategic planning to the ministry of Youth and sports for the next two years”.
The Black Stars today begun their nonresidential training session ahead of the two international friendlies lined up against Japan and Iceland.
