Actress and model Moesha Boduong has denied reports that she has clapped back at critics of her comments in a CNN interview.
According to the actress, a post on Facebook alleging that she has replied her critics is fake and should be disregarded.
In the Facebook post, Moesha Boduong was quoted as saying:
“Allow the Saints to Throw Stones At You… gather them and Use it to Build Your house. Good morning.”

Shortly after an Instagram handle @ghpaparazzi shared the post, the actress responded: “Fake account pls 🙏 I M not on Facebook”.
She told CNN that her motivation, just like other women in Ghana, for dating married men, is because the economy is tough.
According to her, “In Ghana, our economy is such a way that you need someone to take care of you. You can’t make enough money as a woman here. Because even when you want to get an apartment, in Ghana they take two years’ advance and I just started working where will I get money to pay?”

Stunned by Moesha’s revelation, CNN’s Christine Amanpour asked her “are you basically telling me that you are having sex with this guy to pay your rent?”
Moesha responds, “Because he can afford to take care of you. He takes care of me, my financials, my apartment, my car, my rent everything.”
Ghanaians and well-known personalities including actor John Dumelo, musician Eazzy, DKB, Lydia Forson and model Afia Odo shared varied views on the actress’ comments.
