Two persons are in the grips of the Somanya police for attempting to rob a resident of the area.
The suspects Griffins Blessed and Richard Teye both 21 years were said to have entered the residence of 42 year old farmer Lawrence Adjaido and attempted to break into his room in Odumase-Krobo
Lawrence Adjaido told the police at around 4.30 am he was compelled to wake up after he overheard someone opening is window.
He said the suspects took to their heels after he raised an alarm.
He explained that the suspects abandoned an unregistered green power up motorbike on his compound.
Eastern regional police PRO, ASP Ebenezer Tetteh said the suspects returned to the house the next day in an attempt to take their motorbike,adding that the two of suspects were arrested by complaint with the help of other residents.

The third suspect is currently at large.
The police PRO explained that a search on them revealed a locally manufactured pistol, three live cartridges,a black student bag containing a knife,two pair of scissors, a cutter, four flashlights and six boxes of matches.
