339 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria, total now 7,019

A whopping 339 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Thursday, May 21, 2020. 

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, 139 cases were recorded in Lagos, 28 in Kano, 28 in Oyo, 25 in Edo, 22 in Katsina, 18 in Kaduna, 14 in Jigawa, and 13 in Yobe, 13 in Plateau, 11 in FCT and eight in Gombe.

The others were five in Ogun, four in Bauchi, four in Nasarawa, three in Delta, two in Ondo, one in Rivers, and one in Adamawa State.

In total, Nigeria has recorded 7,016 cases of Coronavirus.

Some 1,907 patients have been discharged from various isolation centres across the country, while 211 deaths have been recorded.
