Nhyira FM’s Obra show sets up business for amputee woman

-

Host of the award-winning ‘Obra’ show on Nhyira Fm, Mama Efe Amanor, has aided an amputee woman by setting her up in an iced water and beverage business.

Madam Ataa Abena appeared on the show to summon her husband, who had neglected his dues after Madam Abena got involved in an accident that led to the amputation of her two legs.

This dire situation, coupled with the task of catering for four children, made life unbearable for the once-up-and-doing woman since his husband absconded responsibility and used the income he received on alcohol.

An undercover investigation by the Obra team made it clear that Madam Abena’s husband wouldn’t be of major financial help to the family, and that had increased the woes of the amputee mother.

Queen Eleanor I, as affectionately called, opted to be a guardian angel for this family.

In a series of conversations, Madam Abena revealed her desire to do something for herself and her family. She settled on the drinks and iced water business.

The Obra Show is noted for getting results. Mama Efe Amanor provided the necessary items and an amount of money for Madam Abena Ataa to start the business.

Mama Efe presented the items to Madam Abena Ataa and advised her to be strong and focused on working hard to succeed in the water business.

Madam Ataa Abena and her family thanked Mama Efe and the Obra team. She also promised to make the best out of what has received and take good care of her children.
