Some two hundred and twenty four (224) Ghanaians stranded in the United Kingdom (UK) have successfully returned home through a special arrangement by government dubbed: ‘Operation Return Home’.
The returnees include: one hundred and eight(108) males, one hundred and three (103),females, nine (9) infants, and four (4) children.
All returnees have since gone into mandatory quarantine at various hotels they booked before arriving in the country Wednesday evening June 17, 2020.

The second and last batch of returnees from Europe are expected to arrive in the country on Sunday, June 21, 2020.
