Minister for Finance, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, has assured Ghanaians that the 2025 budget will prioritize economic growth, development, and opportunities for all.
In a social media post on March 1, he announced that the budget, set to be presented on March 11, aligns with the government’s vision for economic progress.
“In just nine days, I will present Budget 2025 on Tuesday, March 11th—a budget designed to drive growth, development, and opportunities for all,” he stated.
Dr. Forson reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening the economy and ensuring long-term resilience, adding that his team is finalizing key policies to boost stability.
He stressed that the budget will focus on job creation, industrial growth, and social welfare, with an emphasis on supporting local businesses.
The Finance Minister also noted that strategic investments in critical sectors will drive sustainable development, assuring that the government remains dedicated to implementing measures that will foster economic stability and address the country’s challenges.
