The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Patrice Milazar as the referee for Ghana’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Sudan.
Milazar will be assisted by Souru Phatsoane of Lesotho (Assistant I), Jean-Marc Jeff Pithia of Mauritius (Assistant II), and Mauritius’ Ganesh Chutooree, who will serve as the Fourth Referee.
Sekou Wieh Konneh from Liberia will act as the Match Commissioner, while Bechir Hassani of Tunisia has been assigned as the referee assessor.
Okey Sylvanus Sylvanus Obi from Nigeria will serve as the Security Officer.
The match will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, October 11, 2024, with kick-off scheduled for 16:00 GMT.
With just one point from their first two games, Ghana faces significant pressure to claim a home victory against a Sudanese team led by former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah.
