The Black Stars of Ghana will kick off their preparations today with their initial training session in Accra for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
The team are in Accra as they gear up for their opening Group F fixtures against Angola and Niger.
Last Thursday, head coach Otto Addo announced a 23-man squad for the matches.
On Sunday, players including Tariq Lamptey, Joseph Wollacott, Ibrahim Osman, Jonas Adjetey, Antoine Semenyo, Brandon Thomas-Asante, and Frederick Asare joined the camp.
Thomas Partey and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku arrived on Monday morning, with the remaining players expected to join soon.
The first training session will take place later today at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The team will then travel to Kumasi for their opening group match against Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday, September 5.
Following this, they will head to Niger for their away game, which will be held in Berkane, Morocco.
Otto Addo is targeting victories in these initial matches to set a strong foundation for the qualifiers.
