The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Tano North, Dr. Gideon Boako, has pledged to increase the number of votes in his constituency in the December 7 elections.

He expressed confidence in his ability to deliver, stating that the campaign is committed to significantly boosting votes in Tano North.

Dr. Boako disclosed his past performance, noting that he achieved 83 percent of the votes for Bawumia in the main flagbearer election, a notable achievement that has set a high standard for him.

“The magic will happen. We are committed to increasing the votes in Tano North. I delivered 83 percent of the votes for Bawumia in the flagbearer election. I had the highest percentage, so I had to deliver” he said in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Thursday.

Dr. Boako mentioned that, although he is not yet an MP, he actively supports the MPs in the constituency

“Even though I am not yet an MP, I support the MPs in the constituency to ensure they deliver for Ahafo. My past contributions reflect the level of influence and support I have.”

He expressed optimism about the upcoming election, saying, “Bawumia will win in my region again. This time, I aim to secure more votes than before and ensure we achieve at least 70 percent.”

In his appeal to the residents of Tano North, Dr. Boako called for unity to build a brighter future for the area.

“Let us join forces to build a brighter future for Tano North. I ask for your support and vote in the upcoming elections. Together, we can make a difference and create a prosperous Tano North for all.”

His campaign efforts include improving key roads, donating essential supplies to schools, and providing resources to constituency executives.

These initiatives have demonstrated Dr. Boako’s commitment to development and have strengthened his connection with a broad base of voters.
