The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt for Mujaheed Suraj, also known as Mims, who is wanted in connection with a shooting incident in the Awutu Senya East Constituency in the Central Region.
Mims is accused of shooting and injuring one person in the leg during the incident.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene, leaving behind his vehicle, which has since been secured by the police.
A police intelligence-led operation is currently underway to apprehend the suspect, and authorities have assured the public that efforts are being made to bring him to justice.
The police have urged anyone with information regarding Mims’ whereabouts to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
