The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary candidate for Agona West, Christopher Arthur, has expressed confidence in securing victory in the upcoming December 7 elections.
Mr Arthur is contesting against incumbent Member of Parliament Cynthia Morrison, who is running as an Independent Parliamentary Candidate.
He believes his campaign has gained significant support from residents of Agona West.
Speaking to journalists in Agona West on Wednesday, December 4, Mr Arthur shared his optimism, highlighting the strong connection his message has established with the constituents.
“I have worked tirelessly, and the youth are my priority. I have worked with them, and they have also worked with me. I believe that come Saturday, December 7, they will decide massively for Chris Arthur and Dr. Bawumia. These are the hopes of the people,” he said.
He further declared himself the candidate of choice for the youth and the broader community.
“I am the only hope for the masses and the youth. By Saturday, by 8 o’clock, we will have a new MP, and that new MP will be Chris Arthur,” he added.
