The running mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has expressed confidence in their victory on December 7, 2024.
Napo as he is popularly known said the 2024 election will be a one-touch victory for the NPP and its presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
This victory according to him rests ultimately in God’s hands, stating the NPP is God’s own political party and there will be no run-off.
Napo made this bold declaration on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Wednesday with about 52 days to the 2024 general election.
“NPP will win the election hands down. Ghanaians will elect a president who’s unblemished, truthful and not corrupt. NPP is God’s own political party; NPP is Nananom’s party,” he stated.
Aside from the NPP’s overwhelming victory in the presidential election, Napo added the party will retain its spot as the majority in parliament.
“By 8: pm on December 7, NPP will have majority MPs elected and by 9th December at 12 noon, Jean Mensa will announce Bawumia as the newly elected president of Ghana. Ghana is not going back,” he declared.
