2024 polls: God will not give power to Mahama – Kate Gyamfua

-

National Women’s Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kate Gyamfua, has expressed strong faith that her party will retain power in the upcoming elections.

Dismissing prophecies predicting a win for former President John Mahama, she stated that God would not grant power to someone without the country’s best interest at heart.

“I believe in God, and He knows how hard things are in this country. He will not give power to someone who does not have the country at heart,” she said.

In an interview on Adom FM’s morning show, Dwaso Nsem on Friday, the NPP Women’s Organiser stated that Mahama lacks bold solutions for the nation’s challenges.

She added that, the NDC has been copying policies from the NPP.

“We are breaking the 8. Everyone has seen what the NPP has done and can do. Since 2015, there have been prophecies that former President John Mahama would win, but he never did. So, the prophecies that he might win this year could be inaccurate.

“I believe wholeheartedly that God will not put power back in the hands of Mahama again. I believe in God, and He knows how hard this country is; he will not give power to someone who does not have the country at heart. Mahama does not have bold solutions for the country; he is even copying our policies,” she claimed.
