The Member of Parliament for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu has told President Akufo-Addo that the 2024 general elections will not be a coronation.
He said John Dramani Mahama, the NDC flagbearer, will emerge victorious and President Akufo-Addo will have no choice than to hand over power to him.
Haruna Iddrisu highlighted Mahama’s extensive experience, stressing that he is not coming to experiment but to save the country with unparalleled expertise.
The former Minority Leader while speaking during the launch of the NDC campaign in Tamale on Saturday, July 27, said “The 2024 election is not a coronation, it is an election that Mahama will win, you will have no option than to hand power to him”.
