The wife of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Vice Presidential candidate, Alma Pokua Adade-Prempeh, has toured Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom and other communities in the Ga South Municipality to solicit votes in the upcoming elections.
Her first stop was the Ga South Municipal Assembly where she met with Nananom and other stakeholders, introducing herself as their daughter.
Mrs Adade-Prempeh asked them for their blessings ahead of the upcoming elections for NPP to win.
She then met a gathering of NPP faithful as well as residents within the constituency at Oshieyie.
During her address, she noted that the NPP government led by President Nana Akufo-Addo has done a lot and Ghana needs someone to build on the successes of Akufo-Addo and that person is Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia.
To her, the introduction of Free SHS/TVET has helped a lot of Ghanaian children to go to school.
She noted that but for the Free SHS policy, the dreams of many school-going children would have been dashed.
She has therefore pleaded with the electorate to vote massively for Dr Bawumia and the NPP parliamentary candidate and incumbent MP, Sylvester Tetteh to protect Akufo-Addo’s legacies, particularly free SHS.
