The Gomoa Fetteh Traditional Council has launched the 2024 Ahorba-Kese Festival.

This year’s celebration is on the theme: ‘One People, One Goal’ which will run from August 22, 2024, to September 1, 2024.

Chief Nana Abor Atta II emphasized the need for significant development in Gomoa Fetteh to create an environment that provides employment opportunities for the youth.

In an interview with Adom News, he urged the residents and traditional leaders of Gomoa Fetteh to unite and drive their own development rather than waiting for government intervention.

Nana Abor Atta II said they have exciting activities lined up for this year’s festival including the famous ‘Atopa’ festival.

He specifically highlighted the ‘Akosolontoba dance’, a key segment of the ‘Ahorba-Kese’ celebrations.
