On Saturday, Accra Lions will take on Nsoatreman FC at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, with the match kicking off at 15:00 GMT.
Sunday’s action-packed schedule begins with Nations FC facing Hearts of Oak at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, while Berekum Chelsea hosts Asante Kotoko at the Golden City Park.
Bechem United will square off against Dreams FC at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, and Basake Holy Stars will meet Medeama SC at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Stadium.
In other matches, Young Apostles will welcome Aduana FC to the Wenchi Sports Stadium, and Heart of Lions will host Bibiani Gold Stars at the Kpando Sports Stadium.
Bottom-placed Legon Cities will battle Karela United at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, while defending champions prepare to take on Vision FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex.
