Head coach of Raja Casablanca, Juan Carlos Garrido has fancied a win for his side against Aduana Stars in the CAF Confederation Cup on Wednesday at the Dormaa Nana Agyemang Badu II Park.
According to the manager of the three-time Africa Champions, he believes the task at hand will not be easy but trusts his players to live up to expectation.
“We watched few games, especially Aduana’s last game in Africa and some competitions in Ghana,” the Spaniard told Oyerepa FM.
“We are going to play a good team with good players and of course when you play top competition like this, always there’re good teams; Champions League or Confederations Cup normally it’s the best teams from Egypt, Morocco, and Ghana.”
“It’s normal, like with us that Aduana is playing many games, domestically and internationally.”
“We will try to get 3 points to get better on the table, a very important match in an important competition.”
“Our players know they play for a great club with history and so have to fight for win, both teams want to win of course but we have to be focused.”
Aduana Stars will also be hoping for a first win in this campaign after losing the first game to Asec Mimosas and languishing at the bottom of Group A.
