A 13-year-old Junior High School (JHS) pupil has been reported missing at Bibiani in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region.
Regina Abrafi Gyasi, a pupil of Trinity Academy at Bibiani, left home on the morning of Thursday, February 20, 2025, and has not returned since.
Her mother, Ophelia Gyasi, told Adom News that she saw her daughter early in the morning and assumed she was getting ready for school.
However, she later discovered Regina’s school uniform in her room, realizing that she had left home in different clothing.
According to the distressed mother, all efforts to locate her have proven futile despite an extensive search.
The family has reported the case to the Bibiani police, who have assured them that efforts are underway to find the missing girl.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward to assist with investigations.
