It is yet unknown what could have triggered the fire but the Landlord, Michael Cudjoe tells Joy News his wife who was outside was informed about a smoke billowing from one of the rooms.
He indicated that, fire personnel who got to the scene could do little to salvage the situation.
Mr. Cudjoe said he has lost all his belongings including an amount of GHC10,000.
