Thousands queued and many sat patiently waiting under canopies supplied by organisers awaiting their turn to be handed their share of the free food been served by Staff of Ghana’s No 1 station, Adom FM and Inspire Love International, a Non-Governmental Organisation.
They were persons who had throng the TMA Car Park in Tema Community One to fully partake in the 2017 edition of the annual Adom FM Nhyira Nsuo.
The programme forms part of Adom FM’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Adom FM in Tema and it aims at feeding and clothing the poor and needy in society.
Founded in 2011, Inspire Love International as part of its vision of reaching the needy and deprived in society collaborated with Adom FM and its numerous listeners to ensure that needy in Tema and its environs – those on the streets and at Orphanages – were feted and clothed as well.
Listeners of the station and other well wishers contributed items and cash towards the organisation of the event which is rated highly on the event calendar of the biggest brand of the Multimedia Group.
Rehab Centres and Orphanages including Potters Village, New Life Orphanage and others were presented with items such as rice, sugar, assorted drinks and unspecified amounts of money for the feeding of the homes.
Bloom Cakes in Tema, Neny Ice Mineral Water, Promasidor Ghana Limited, Blowman Tonic and Herbaquin, Franko Trading Enterprise, Mama Shegeh, Faustina Shegeh, Jireh Eye Clinic were among the numerous contributors to the programme.
