A fetish priest is living in fear following a threat by a popular man of God to end his life.
Okomfo Danso who lives in Kato, a farming community at Berekum in the Brong Ahafo region claimed the popular pastor who only gave his name as Prince contacted him for spiritual intervention to prophesy to enable him to grow his church which at that time had only a few members.
After charging him an undisclosed amount to purchase items for the rituals, the fetish priest said he did everything for the pastor and within two weeks the pastor himself called to inform him that the membership of the church had grown beyond his imagination.
However, the pastor called him for a refund of the money after he had fulfilled his part of the contract.
Okomfo Danso in an interview on Adom News indicated that the pastor brought some thugs wielding machetes and guns but managed to escape with the help of residents.
The fetish priest quickly rushed to the Berekum police station to lodge a complaint leading to the arrest of the pastor.

However the man of God has been granted bail, a decision the fetish priest said has plunged his entire family into fear.
“The thugs who came to my house has been ordered to kill my wife if they don’t get me. Now that he is out, I don’t know what he will do to me” he bemoaned.

Meanwhile efforts to get the pastor to react to the issue proved futile.
